We accept:

Credit and debit cards through PayPal. Please note, the payment is made through PayPal's secure server and no financial details (eg. cards numbers) are passed to us.
Direct payments from PayPal accounts to our PayPal account.

VAT (Valued Added Tax)

All prices shown on our site are inclusive of taxes.

DELIVERY

We normally dispatch your items within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment Monday - Friday. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will not be processed until the next working day. However, our fully automated system will reserve your items for you and will despatch an order confirmation to you so you know we have received it.

All our products are high quality. We guarantee. If you found CD or DVD unusable due to a physical defect or a checksum error - we would replace it with a checked and working one.
We need nonoperational media to be posted to our US address. We replace it with no additional costs.
We do not replace a distribution if you have installation problems caused by distro features or your hardware issues.
